Established in 1981 in an elegant 18th-century house, classified as a Historic Monument, Gérard Quivy manages a small 7-hectare vineyard. He offers a wide range of wines from Gevrey and Brochon, including village wines, premiers crus, and grands crus such as Chapelle and Charmes.

"A cuvée that nearly became a favorite with the 2017 vintage in the previous edition. This remarkable climat, located near the grand cru Mazis-Chambertin, delivers an impressive premier cru. The nose shows intensity with notes of black and red fruits and spices, enhanced by a floral nuance. The palate is ample, smooth, with silky tannins and supported by beautiful acidity. The overall harmony is striking and should achieve even greater balance once the oaky notes are fully integrated."
